If products are out of stock we will try and make your order within 30 days.
For products in stock in the UK we will undertake to deliver within 5 working days pending postal conditions.
For out of the UK we undertake to deliver within 12 working days. If there is likelihood of delay we will try to give you an estimated delivery date for your order.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
How to Return or Exchange
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer
